Ingredients: CURRY: 1 Onion, 2 Tbsp Canola Oil, 3 Tbsp Ginger, 3 Garlic Cloves, 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander, 1 Tsp Turmeric, 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper, 1 Tbsp Cumin, 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste, 2 Cups Vegetable Stock, 1 Cup Coconut Milk, 1 Stick Cinnamon, 1 Pinch Salt, 1 Tbsp Pepper, 2 Tomatoes, 2 Carrots, 1/2 Head Cauliflower, 2/3 Butternut Squash, 1 Can Chickpeas, 4 Cups Spinach, 1/2 Lime Juice, 1 Pinch Coriander. KOOKIES: 2 Cups Almond Flour, 1 Cup Rolled Oats, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 3/4 Tsp Baking Soda, 1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum, 1/2 Cup Olive Oil, 1/4 Cup Agave, 1 Tbsp Vanilla, 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips, 1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds.
